the site i want made is for people to backup there important documents and work, i want the following features: 1. users can upload zip files and all types of files like .doc .txt .pdf etc and can also download the files 2. users can create folders to keep there files in, be able to move files to different folders 3. users are limited to the amount of space (disc space) and bandwidth 4. options for a free plan and paid plan (paid has more space and bandwidth) 5. Multiple account plans, with different prices for different durations for each plan (eg. monthly price, 3-monthly price, etc) (paypal) 6. Automatic bandwidth monitoring, account suspension / limiting with emailing of customisable email notifications to suspended accounts, and when payments are due. 7. Site news and announcements manager. 8. download folders and files as a zip archive 9. Custom Plans 10. space on the site to place ads 11. Support for multiple admins with limited privileges 12.
