Description:	Domain names for the country of Liberia must be registered at http://psg.com/dns/lr/lr.txt (registration is free). I need someone to design a website which allows people to easily register domain names with the appropriate extensions. There must be a conrol panel from which I can control the prices the domains are sold for and create special offers (first domain registered is free, etc...). The website will be account driven, meaning that people must sign up for an account with us to register domain names, and paypal must be integrated as the payment service. When people wish to register a domain name, they should be able to fill out a form with all of the needed info and have the domain registered and money deducted from their account (if there is no money in their account they should recieve a notice to upload money via paypal to their account - the process of uploading money must be fully automated into the site).
