Paying too much for web hosting?

I need a home page for my directory site (ceosedge.com). I have about 350 topics
that need to be organized for easy access from the home page.
I want something that looks like infobeagle.com. If you look at the site, there
are several high level topics with a few sub-topics underneath. If you click on
the topic link, it directs the user to another page where all the sub-topics are
listed. This is exactly how I want my page to function.
The "links" are yellow (#FFFF00) and the background is blue (#003366).
I need a quick turnaround for this (1-2 days). I will send a list of topics to
the winner of this project. The links will point to topic directories (i.e.
ceosedge.com/some-topic. The winner will NOT test each link. I just need someone
to organize everything for the homepage and provide the sub-topic listing page
(just like infobeagle.com).

infobeagle.com to see how I want the organization to look. Nothing fancy. I just
