Description:	I need a custom theme designed and coded for WordPress 1.5. You must have WordPress experience and quality design experience, because the theme has to work right and look good. You must be good at CSS as well as design, because I need it to be valid code that works on all browsers. I will not give you access to my server, so you must design the theme on your development server and then I will upload it on my machine when it's done. Please give me examples of your design work and let me know that you have worked on WordPress themes before in your bid or in the PMB.
