Description:	I am looking for someone to design a great site for the current site: www.InternetBanners.net and to create a CMS (Content Management) System capable of the following: 1. To allow me to administer the site simply by logging into a "backend" 2. Upload banners, logos and email creatives etc (like seen on the site now) 3. Type a brief name and/or description for each uploaded graphic (banner...logo...creative...etc) 4. Enter a hyperlink address for the graphic that is uploaded 5. Save all the graphics in a database and have each page extremely well laid out ... with great overall design ... and have multiple pages dynamically created so I can upload an unlimited number of banners...graphics...logos...creative etc... 6. Have some sort of categories so I can specifiy what each graphic is that is uploaded ... and easily organize and manage all the graphics for the website ...
