Hi,
I am looking for a CMS webdesign that will allow my users to enter in their own
information. Most likely no more than a 10 page website. I will be utilizing
mysql for the database. needs a clean admin panel. this will be for real
estate agents so they would need to change information for their listings, about
us page, local news page, buying tips, and selling tips. i would like the site
to call for a file that connects to the database, so if i wanted to switch
servers or host, i just have to change the username and database password in one
file and of course create my database tables which i can do. any questions just
ask.

For clarification, i would like to be able to purchase templates
on my own as i see fit and then be able to add PHP code within my pages that
calls to the database to display tables where i place the code on the page.
I've seen several mambo technologies and open source software, can you do this
with those applications/open code?
