Layout and Site Design
·The site layout should be template based, HTML
·100% of the front-end layout should have the ability to be configurable
·Ability to Change the text of all system messages
File Management Functions
·File management functions should be available within the web-based
administrator
·The administrator should have the ability to upload image and media files
·The administrator should the ability to upload downloadable files
·All files uploaded via the program can be viewed/deleted via the web-based
administrator
Customer Care and Retention
·User info is stored in cookies so it can be pre-populated on return visits
·Customer name displayed on all pages once login.
·Customer account functions allow customers to set up accounts, edit them and
retrieve lost passwords via e-mail.
·Customer download sections with secure password entry for downloading of
digital goods, drivers, support documents.
Web-Based Administration
·All configuration is web-based after install
·Password-protected administrative access
·Manage the site from anywhere.
·Ability to set up multiple users with different levels of access
·Make changes to the site in real time
·Easy to follow menu system
·Offers functions for virtually every management task
