Clean Template Needed

I've had several bids, but I've yet to review a portfolio that has
examples of the clean style I'm looking for. If anyone is willing to do a rough
sketch of what they can do, then please post in PMB. Even though the design is
simple, it's very clean, neat, good use of fonts and it's elegant (the example
site I showed) but I've yet to find similar in style in anyone's portfolio.

Ok, maybe I should make some points about what I like about the
example design I've shown everyone:
1) The nice blue gradient background, it is very smooth and soothing
2) The neat alignment of the site itself, even though it's a bit narrow, I would
probably want mine to be about 750 and with a two column format instead of just
one column
3) The tabs are nice and the phot ois nice as well, but I would prefer something
more gearing towards Photoshop itself to be used as the photo, perhaps a
Photoshop effect
4) The nice breaks between the content (the blue line under lastest news)
5) A neat footer
It's pretty simple, but it's clean, everything is very smooth about the layout
and it grabs my attention and it's not "noisy" by noisy I mean it's not
distracting.
Hopefully this helps in giving a clearer understanding of what I'm after.
