I really need someone to take content from links and websites i provide a be creative and add the content to my site. there are certain services and products i have and i will send you links which list the capabilities and features of my services etc. Also you better read the ENTIRE project details beause there is a code embedded and those who dont add this code via Private Message will be denied. I have a launch of a new company and need my site to be built out conmpletely, i need whoever bids on this porject to have Flash and HTML skills (if you arent very strong in both then dont bid and dont waste my time). Dont place an outrageous bid either since i already have the templates for the 5 divisions of my sites, so this site does not have to be built from scratch. READ CAREFULLY, this isnt 5 html pages with some flash, these are 5 Entire site templates, each with approx 5-8 pages. However this isnt requiring building from scratch, instead just working with the templates and tweaking them with my color scheme, content and some building out of other pages. Basically my company site will have a main site with several pages, and 4 other division site, each with several pages. As mentioned these sites already have templates which include html files, FLA, and PSD files so you shouldnt have any trouble changing out the sites colors to match my color scheme. Each division will be like its own site, with its own product pages, as well as services pages, etc. As i mentioned i already have the templates however the content does not fit my needs. so this is where the creative part comes into play, i will send you a ton of information and instructions which list my products, my services, as well as refrence to other sites to gather information and place it on the site as well as changing the wording a bit when neccessary. I will also provide you with an architecture of the site so you know how the site is divided up. In the end the i will need each site to reflect my color scheme, have my flash animated SWF logo inserted (very simple to do) and to refrence the links and date i send you to build out the site COMPLETELY with content. There will be certain pages like a "product details" page which will need to be built out with screenshots, content, etc however this shouldnt be too difficult since you already have the framework from the other pages of that template. You need to be a bit creative since it will require some icons, pictures and other images to be changed out to reflect the nature of my company. The following are requirements: 1. You must be able to speak, write, and understand engligh fluently since you will need to be able to re-word content when building out the site from resources (such as links) which i will send you. 2. You must be good in Flash since each site has flash headers which will also require the color scheme and logo to be changed out with my logo (which is a swf file). 3. You must know HTML 4. You must be a good graphic designer since it will require intelligent thinking when organizing colors, inserting replacements for icons and graphics, etc. 5. You must be able to complete this project within 2 weeks. 6. You must be willing to use Escrow via the Getafreelancer.com site and there will be no advance payments (you can PM other people who have done business with me to see that i am true to my word). 7. You must PM me after reading this and write one message that says "54786", this code will ensure that you have read all the project details and arent like those other people out there who bid on porjects with reading details. 8. Must be willing to make revisions since obviously if there are things that dont look good then i need them revised. I will also need status screenshots of sample files of where you are along the process so we stay on the same page (preferably to send or show me each homepage one at a time for each Division site). Sorry there are a lot of details but better to include them now so there are no suprises down the road, i am very upfront about my porjects, however please dont be like those other terrible bidders who see a lot of information in a project bid and charge the max amount, you will clearly see from what i wrote above that 80% of the tough stuff has already been built out. Oh one other thing, i will reward anyone who wins this porject an additional $200.00 if they can hook up the site to a content management system called Maxdev (http://www.maxdev.com) with the ability to place dynamic tags within the template such that i can manage the content via the CMS (such as using blocks). Not being able to do this will in no way effect your chances of winning the bid. Please understand i am a programmer and web designer however i am too busy to work on this site, but in the end if i have to i will do the Maxdev inetgration myself, so dont worry if you cant do it, this is just an extra cash bonus to you if you have the skills.
