Description:	I need a nice looking, professional home page for a website that will be used as a front end to a membership billing account log in. People with memberships to various sites within a network of sites will use this site to change their passwords and cancel memberships. Attached is a description of what I am looking for. Templates are okay, as long as the customization is done seemlessly. Mock ups are not required, but a good one will get you the project awarded immediately.
