to design 50 – 100 web site templates that feature flash headers, and CSS. These templates would be used as mock ups, and would be displayed on our web site. When / if a template is used, a link will be at the bottom stating that the site was designed by 3D Digital Media Design. The original designer will retain a credit within the Meta tags, with a reference to there respective web site / contact info. These templates will need to be professional, and will need to be easily edited and modified (Colors, stock photos, graphics, etc.) The big draw here is that we want a designer that is willing to hand over there hard work to a company that will offer it as it’s own. You will have credit, but you will get it as a member of the 3D Digital Media Design team. Now, the fun part, you as the designer will not be paid unless your template is used. Below is a pay scale so you get an idea of what you will be making. Tier Percent Low Pay Average Pay High Pay Details 1 5% $20.00 $125.00 $425.00 1-10 Sales 2 8% $32.00 $200.00 $680.00 11-20 Sales 3 10% $40.00 $250.00 $850.00 21-50 Sales 4 15% $60.00 $375.00 $1,275.00 50-More Sales Additionally, if you sell our services, you can expect even greater commissions; we will be adding an affiliate program once we have the details worked out.
