Professional Hosting from Just Host

I am not technically savvy when it comes to web design. My primary concerns are
1) professional design, look & functionality 2) the ability for me to be
able to modify and update the content and photographs as needed after the site
is launched 3) flexible design so that the site can be modified and upgraded in
the future. I need assistance and a quote for the following:
The website is designed to provide information on current events and articles
pertaining to the local running community. I have purchased a modern template
design which I would like to modify and use.
The template I downloaded can be viewed at templatemonster.com à template
# 11534. I want to keep the same functionality while adding various pages with
the same format and obviously replacing all of the pictures and content which I
will provide or can add after the fact using DreamWeaver or Photoshop CS.
The pages will be Home, Routes & Runs, Events, Photo Gallery, and perhaps
Forum. In all I expect to have up to ~20 pages
I will also need a forum built into the website. I like the look and
functionality of the following forum à
http://www.runtex.com/forum/forum/default.asp .
Finally, I will need the site uploaded to my hosting company or you can
recommend a hosting alternative. I would also be interested in any SEO and web
promotion services you may have available.
The timeframe is not urgent and I am willing to work around your schedule, if
reasonable, and if it will help deliver a total lower cost.
