---------- We have recently launched an innovative elearning cum gaming website targeted at tweens (ages 8-12 yrs). We have used a MMOG to create an engaging learning experience in a gaming environment. The portal was built over a 2+ yr time frame with considerable inputs from kids. More than 1000 kids participated in the beta testing phase. The portal is currently launched in the Singapore market. What I need to get done ----------------------- We now want to scale up our registrations from other markets and exponentially increase the subscriber base by setting up an effective affiliate marketing program. Specific expertise we are seeking --------------------------------- We are looking for experienced professionals/organisations who could work with us to handle the end-to-end requirements of setting up a successful affiliate program, recruiting high performing affiliates, driving traffic to our website and helping to generate paid subscriptions. We are looking forward to working only with experienced affiliate professionals / organisations with proof of success in similar assignments helping early stage online business like ours to scale up membership enrolments rapidly. Other inputs to consider ------------------------ We want to work on a performance linked commission model on this project. We don’t mind a small fixed fee, but the big chunk of the rewards have to be linked to subscription sales. This will also validate the effectiveness of the program we are putting in place. We are looking for a long term relationship with the right service provider to help grow the business. We believe we have a great product and our belief is validated by written testimonials from 1000+ kids collected over the last few months. The annual subscription cost to the prospect is ~USD70 and we are looking to generate at least 500 sign ups on an average per month. To experienced affiliate marketers this is number may not be an intimidating target. Time frame for delivering results --------------------------------- You let us know, but would be happy to see results within 30 days.
