Like someone to clone the Extreme Search Corporate Edition as is.

I like the designs, functions and features to be the exact of the
software,including :
1) Installing instructions.
2) To be runs on PERL version 5.8.3/Linux systems
3) Meta Tags – Please add the following meta-tags to the HTML header.

4) Screen Resolution – The page should designed be fit 640x480x256 and higher
resolution. No matter what the resolution is, the page should look the same.
5) Resizing – The page should be resizable, by keeping the same look and feel.
6) Browsers – The page should support IE 5.01 and up and also FireFox.
6. Scripting – Server side – JavaScript/PERL/CGI.
Client side – Clean HTML with JavaScript inside (No VBScript
– To support FireFox, and general problems with VBScript)
7. Globalization – We are targeting the Latin languages. At this stage
Internationalization depends on development time and complexity (it is
optional). First local will be US, therefore the localization should be based on
this requirements.
8. Performance – Up to 2-3 seconds to present the page to the user.
9. Use Chunk Response – The response should be transferred as fast as possible
to achieve higher performance.
10. Code – Should be clean, full comments in English, and easy for maintenance.
12. All HTML formatting should be done with CSS. Each output element has its
own CSS class
All codes will belong to us once it's completed.
Ongoing maintainance may require if we are happy with you.
