Description:	I would like to get a web cam site that does not require flash communication server. The site should allow visitors to view webcams. I wold like to have the following options 1) Charge to let people view cams or let them view for free 2) Charge to let people display their cams or let them display for free Other options could be: Allow people to chat but not be able to view cams or be able to view cams but not be able to chat. All the above should be configurable from a user friendly admin section. I'm open to suggestions. Additional Info (Added 2/27/2005 at 23:23 EST)... I now have a script that is a webcam portal. It grabs images from other cam sites and displays them on my domain. It already has chat features, blog and a few other things. I would like it to NOT be dependent on cams that are on other sites.
