Description:	Voice Cloak Program in Visual Basic. I need a little program designed and built in Visual Basic 6.0 that changes voices with effects. For example I want to be able to record via this program a 5 (or whatever time length I like) minute recording but if I am a man I want to make it sound like a woman or robot. The program needs to convert the recording from male to female or robot with other editible sound effects. The output needs to be saved to a wav file or mp3 with graphs viewable on playback etc. I need this completed and in working Visual Basic 6.0 with full resale rights and EUA.
