Description:	I need a program written in VB6 that has two parts. The first part will be the command center. The command center will create a setup file that the second program will read. The file that it will create is just the location of a file on an http server somewhere. The second program will download the http file set in the command program. If there is a new file uploaded it will download the newest version. The file it downloads is a text file. The second program will remain in the users system tray until it downloads a new file. It will then warn the user that a new message is ready. The user will then have the option to listen to the message now or later.
