Description:	Need a develop to integrate two existing scripts (VB and PHP) into one functional Internet application, as well as, add functionality. More specifically, we need a script that will execute simultaneous searches of pre-determined Web site, and deliver (user selected) search results by email, Web browser and/or WAP. We are to retain exclusive rights to the source code, all derivates of same and copyright. No resell rights. Interested bidders will be required to sign a confidentiality, non-disclosure agreement. The successful bidder will be in full upon successful completion and testing of the script.
