I need a complete, NEW design texas hold 'em program made. I do not care really which program you create this application in but it must include the basics: 1. A server side app which will enable the admin to be able to manage all the tables (create new ones, view the users on the tables and be able to remove, send message, etc), create new tournaments (set the specifications for them as well: the max amount of people, what time its scheduled for, etc), and any other admin tools needed. 2. A client side app where it will list the login screen first, then when you login, it will bring you to the main form. everything should be organized very neatly use tables and seperators, etc. There should be tables section and then tournaments section. In tables section it will list holdem and a bunch of different kinds of tables (1/2 blind, 2/5, etc). Tournament section will list all the current and upcoming tournaments and youll be able to register for them... There should be room at the top to announce headlines and stuff. To give you an example of what I want, go to www.partypoker.com and download the software. Take a look at how thats organized. I really want it kind of similar but make sure not to make it look too much like it. I really want a WHOLE new look and all different design layout. I guess you should most likely program this in JAVA but then again whatever works, works. PLEASE only bid on this project if you are 100% sure you are able to complete this project completely and are going to make it from scratch. I need this program LISCENSED to me and be able to resell it myself etc. This will be a free program to all. ALSO, if you have previous related work, please let me know of it and list it.
