Description:

We need a spam blocker program that will be written in Delphi and can be
incorporated into a much larger program for installation. The spam blocker
should work with Outlook/ Outlook Express as well as other programs. The
program will be thoroughly tested and should be very low on resources. The
interface should look professional and should be easy to use and configure for
basic users.

The features of the program should include:
- filter by sender
- filter by recipient
- filter by subject
- filter by body
- editable friends list
- attachment protection
- filters multiple emails

MUST support MSN/Hotmail, POP3 and MAPI email accounts similar to McAfee
SpamKiller. The black lists should be easily editable by the user and the
friends list should be the same.
This program MUST - NO EXCEPTIONS - BE WRITTEN IN DELPHI!! The programmer must
be able to communicate frequently with us and share with us ideas. ABSOLUTELY
NO STOLEN CODE - PERIOD!! We will own the code for this project when it is
completed and will ask that the code not be shared or resold. Please only bid
on this if you are a serious programmer that can handle this. If you have
