Description:	A year ago, I had a chat script developed in PHP with use of a software application as the operator chat application. The programmer disappeared on me leaving me with the PHP script behind the Web Based aspect of the script, the problem is I do not have the software console and the coding behind it to complete the project. I need someone who can take a look at the coding and create the software application tool to complete the chat application. As mentioned the script is complete but I need a software app developed that would be compatible with it as the operator console. Must be proficient in PHP and software programming. I will only choose someone who can show me they are knowledgeable and will not disappear on me. This is an urgent job, as I would like to relaunch this project and website asap.
