Description:	Looking for small programs to give away on my sites such as a whois program, link check, pr check, etc. Any little utility that I can put a rotating banner into and two tabs which pull off a server. For example: http://free-proxy-servers.com/tool.php If you see this tool I have embedded my adrotator code so you would just need to put this in. The other thing I would like is some way on the other two tabs to pull a webpage off my server and put in this tab. Should be pretty easy. Job bids should list programs and total price.
