Simple Search/Replace
This is an easy project for a programmer who knows what they are doing.
I need a simple program that will run in Windows 2000. I have text readable
files (.txt and .html) which have "tokens" in them and I would like the program
to search the files for these tokens and replace them with the values from the
form.
I have a non-working example of what the program should look like.

I should be able to enter a directory on my hard drive either directly or by
browsing to it. Then I fill in the form and hit submit. The program should
scan all files in the directory AND sub-directories and replace all tokens with
the value given in the form.
The list of tokens are:

The form should allow a single line of text for each one, and similar to a web
form should allow just about any number of characters to be entered. The
exception is the "adsense" token which should also allow at least 25 lines to be
entered.
There should also an option to "save" the current settings. The user should be
able to choose a name to save the configuration under. Each configuration
should be saved as a separate file in the same directory the program is running
from.
The "load" button should show the available saved configurations and allow the
user to choose the file they want.
The name of this project is "Project Sublimity" - so where appropriate please
use that title.
