Description:	We have a Shoutcast radio station that we want to create a standalone music player for. We need a program that operates outside of the web browser or media player that will consist of our logo, a stop and play button and a volume meter. The program will need an installer that will create a program group called Rampage Online Radio. The installer should ask if an icon for the station should be placed on the desktop. The program should operate on Windows XP and Vista. It should have the ability to tap in to an RSS feed operated by us to post announcements and news. It should connect to the Shoutcast server to show the title of the song that is playing as well. When someone minimizes this program it should go to the system tray.
