my company to input work invoices with all customer information and items paid for into a database that is searchable from any of the customer info. Once the customer is in the database I can pull their job and drag and drop it into the dispatch screen where one of my 10 technitions will be scheduled for the job. I would also like it to map all of the jobs an a geographical map (maybe by incorporating map point) prior to being assigned to a tech. Then once a tech has his schedule.....the jobs are automaticaly placed on the map using the quickest rout between them all. Basicaly I want a copy of the program listed above.
