The application is already started. System requirements Analysis is already
done. Only Visual Basic.NET coding is required. All documents related to
analysis will be provided. Screens to be developed involve data entry, data
grids for browsing data some logic for validations and crystal reports.
Databases used are mysql and Microsoft Access.
Modules:
1. USER SECURITY
a. User Profiles
b. Options related to modifying user profile
c. User reports
d. Report of user log activity

2. PROMOTIONS
a. Vendors
b. Add/Remove/Delete/View Records
c. Reports
d. Logs

2.1 Promotions (party developed)
a. Add/Remove/Delete/View Record of Promotions
b. Add/Remove/Delete/View Record of promotions details
c. Reports
d. Logs
e. Enter Invoice with promotion parameters (Discounts & Free products)
f. Add/Remove/Delete/View Record
g. Check against Access database quantity on hand (Inventory is calculated by
querying Beginning Inventory from Access and total quantities of product ordered
stored in Mysql (in process db)).
h. Reports
i. Logs
j. Generate text file based on specification provided to input Sales Orders
into external accounting application. Numbering of Invoice sequence should be
stored on mysql database.

3. Daily Processes
a. Process to apply daily transactions (Invoices) to update limits in
application
b. Process to prepare accounting entries for discounts and free products.
c. End of period processes
d. Process to prepare accounting entries based on monthly invoicing related to
collection of promotions from Vendors (discounts) . Collection accounting
entries are base don parameters entered in promotions.
e. Reports related to previous process.
f. Summary Reports (2)
g. Detailed reports (2)
h. Generate Customer Debit Notes. Store in mysql this data and generate text
file for entry to another application.
