We're a real estate company looking for serious programmers to outsource, and will work into a long-term relationship if you are also serious enough. With this half done program up, you can easily reuse the codes for other functions e.g. (industrial, commercial(offices) and retail(shops)) This is a system specially used to keep track of Property Agent's personal listings. Currently it's about 30% done, so you can take a look at the screen shots, and carry on from there if you're interested in it. Here are some of the requirements which are needed: 1) administrator keys in: i) property information e.g. address, facilities etc.. When administrator keys in all these "Standard" information, this program will be given out to our agents, and from there, the agents will start to key in their owners information etc under "File Applicant" 2) File Stock (Residential) ..should be able to select whether it's for rental or sales before proceeding. .. if user keys in rental, and the legal title, the term should open, and expire date should reflect the date since the leased date. .. date available is the date available for the property to be available. SYstem will inform user with a pop up box that the time is almost up. 3) file applicant should have another 'retail' on top of residential, industrial and commercial, and each will have their 4) search stock. .. right column displays owner's details, and facilities information. All these information are again, from database. --------------------------- Please do not worry so much about the requirement for now. I'll send you the main database from which this program is imitating from, then you'll get an idea of how to code from my program. The half completed portion (Residential) is copied from this database itself.
