Paying too much for web hosting?

I'm looking for software that has ALL the features of PRPROWLER.com. It must
have the features, and same type of functionality, but I am looking for a better
looking interface that uses nice graphics (will be provided) and also have a
couple extra features such as:
1) Keyword Finder (can search and list keyword suggestions and the amount it is
searched for monthly, probably using Overture Search Suggestion Tool or whatever
web function you can integrate it with)
I would also like for the software if possible to integrate some of these nice
tools that Seochat.com offers. Since SEOCHAT was able to develop all of these
tools, I am hoping someone here on SL knows how to do this as well:

So basically I want the clone of PRPROWLER, but with the addition of those extra
functions. This is a very serious project, and I will *NEED* and I stress that I
will *NEED* to see that you can accomplish this task. I will *ONLY* use escrow
for this, and *NO* up front payment.
Payment Schedule:
1) 50% escrow upon showing FIRST demo
2) 50% escrow upon final demo showing
3) Release of payment once all is approved
4) Product is released to me with my company owning COPYRIGHTS!
Product cannot be resold. I will need a full version and a limited demo software
done.

Please read my post carefully. The links I provided are ADD-ONS to
what I want added to what PRPROWLER already offers. Anyone placing a bid, please
look at prprowler.com for the BASIC functions and then look at the urls I sent
for the extra functions I want added that PRPROWLER does not offer.
