This will primarily be used by real estate investors.Here are some of the details:* Be able to add contacts* Each contact will go into a group* Group categories will include: foreclosure attorneys, preforeclosure leads, etc.* be able to pick out task for each group & the interval for which that task is to be completed afte they have been entered into the database.* Import / Export from Excel / OutlookFor example:All attorney contacts will get the same mailing, all pre-foreclosure leads will get the same mailings, Will be at different times because contacts will be added into groups at different intervals. Also we will have different mailings, (i.e. - when we add a contact to the attorney group - we may send them out 1 mail piece 10 days after they are entered & send a totally different mailpiece 3 days later.)Please see word attachment - as this is how I want the interface to flow.Must be completed within 3 days of bid acceptance.
