We are planning to implement an online support system. This project must have a secure peer to peer connection between end-user and online-support office. and have two dimensional software. one is the web side. the other one is the help-desk side. Web side should be codded by PHP-MYSQL-AJAX-FLASH or .NET-MSSQL-AJAX-FLASH. Also the help desk side can be like a standalone management console software. first things first for this online support system we have 1-4 supporters. Therefore there must be a queue system. User can know the approximately waiting time and can know queue-up request number. After activating your assistant you may communicate with him/her by using semi-directional (help desk to end-user) with [ CAM and AUDIO and CHAT] or [ CAM and CHAT ] or [ just CHAT ]. User can select the communication type. The default type will be [webCAM,Audio and CHAT] one. User can terminate audio or video. CAM and Audio have to use different ports and connections at the same time for preventing audio streaming from disconnections. CAM Communication will be coded with FLASH + FLASH MEDIA SERVER (if necessary) + Secure Connection CHAT must be coded with Ajax. AUDIO streaming can be coded with flash media server (if necessary ) or windows media player or real player. user should stop one of the connections (VIDEO or AUDIO Streaming or Chat) user should rate the help desk after finishing the online conversation help desk should save the CAM video with audio connection or chat log. user should mail chat log to him/herself. help desk should suspend end-user for a while. This is the first step of the support system project. The Second phase of the project is : Help-desk has several prepared html forms (with database management system), html terms and condition screens, and html text screens on its own. While help desk and end user making conversation with each other, help desk should directly show these prepared documents and let end-user to fill if that document is a prepared form. The form can be a set of text box with credit card info or a single text dislaimer page. this must me done with layers while CAM, AUDIO or CHAT connection is alive. Hence these actions should performed with ajax. P.S. All the the design guide will be provided by experienced web designers as psd files. The interface should match these guidance.
