Description:

Develop a very simple application to extract e-mail addresses from a text file
and add to another text file only if not already present in the target text
file.

A GUI is not absolutely necessary so the application could be a simple command
line progam that takes the source and target files as arguments.

A nice-to-have would be to be able to extract e-mail addresses out of all
messages in a designated Mozilla Thunderbird e-mail folder.
