If you take a look at treasuretrooper.com you will see a fine example of what type of website I am looking for. I want it coded in PHP, and using the MySQL database system. Users will be able to complete offers, and then once they complete the offers, they click a button that says, "Complete". This will then tell me that they have claimed to complete the offers. Then I want to be able to cross check it with an excel spreadsheet thats downloaded from the affiliate networks, and fed into my site's database via a function in the administration panel. Offers will need to be able to be categorized by interests, and I will also need to be able to set which countries allow The site will need to be equipped with an administration panel, that I can choose who to give access to. I want to be able to control most of the aspects of the site through this panel, including all of the offers available, and the rewards for those offers, along with minimum payout, what my paypal email is for payments etcetera. The site will have a referral system, and sell unreferred users. It will also sell premium memberships. I also want the site to have a unique theme, and a catchy design. Nothing too loud, but something to keep people in the mood of the theme. I would prefer someone with experience in offers sites, so that they can teach me a bit about how to run it. Thats where the training comes in. I want the site to be as easy to manage as possible. Please note that this is not a surefire job, but neither are the other postings on here in reality. If the price is right, the job is yours. If noone can give me a decent price, I will probably cancel this job. Fair bids only please.
