1- upload the last mysql db coming from 5.0.4 version to the new setup
2- Install Vtiger 5.0.4 on bluehost.com (manua to install vtiger:

3- register data from http://www.estufe.com/vendi/webforms/Askprice/ in db and
send email with sync of manifacturers list updated from db of vtiger
4- maintain the http referer and webforms fields of the webforms module changed
