Description:	We need predictive dialer script for a 60 seat call center, an asterisk server with t1 line has been installed, each representive is equiped with a hard phone , but no PC. all the phone line are aggreated to the new rock voip gateway, and it connect to the asterisk server. The script will dial clients from a phone database automatically and transfer connected phone to the phone of free representative. The asterisk version is 1.2.16. Attached pls find the networking graph of the callcenter. Maybe vicidial script is a good startup for this task. I'm not sure. The above is the basic requirement. but not all , please bid with your previous experiences & the features you could deliver, such as answering machine detection, music on hold detection , etc. Previous experiences on the similar task is a must.
