bona-fide basis. I can handle about 80 leads a month and close 15-20%. I am willing to pay 10% of all loan proceeds after the loans closed. Payment will be through escrow. This should result in 10-15 loans per month. At my average fees of $6500, your monthly cut will be $6500-$10k. I'd also be willing to work out a performance based scale. Like, if I do in fact do more that 10 loans in a month, we can bump it up to 15% and at 15 loans, 20%... Compared to 80 leads at $50-$75 a piece, or $4k-$6k a month, you are bringing in a substantially larger income based on these terms. As I said, we can do this through escrow, PayPal, or credit card. so you are fully protected. I’ll give you bi-weekly updates on every lead on a spreadsheet and when the loans are getting close to funding, you simply send me an invoice, which I forward to escrow and you’ll most likely be paid before me.
