Description:	I need a system administrator who is very familiar with amazon's EC2. I need redundant load balancing, a cluster of web servers and redundant fail safe mysql servers (master/slave). You need to be familiar with how ec2 works and be able to handle the dynamic ip addresses (DynDNS can be used). I need this setup quickly. I will pay extra if you can write some scripts to monitor the servers and deploy new instances when needed and terminate instances when they're not needed. this should be based on cpu utilization and i/o (traffic).
