=> Summary Need a problem fixed on our linux web server => Details We have a dedicated linux server (Centos enterprise 5) running cpanel / whm. We recently began receiving the following warning message: ********** Start ********** IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email. This is cPanel stats runner on host.xxxxxxxxxx.com! While processing the log files for user xxxxx, the cpu has been maxed out for more than a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of this email is 09:37:08 up 73 days, 23:20, 0 users, load average: 5.64, 5.65, 5.63 You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit /var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run /usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes). ********** End ********** We have setup and run the server ourselves up until now, but are now looking for someone with advanced linux server experience to assist with this situation. => Requirements Due to the nature of this task we will require someone with experience with linux servers.
