Description:	Hello, I need something to do the following. It will be web-based with a simple admin- 1) Browse and import a list of 1000-10,000 (or more) email addresses 2) After list is uploaded/imported then I need a place to add the plain text message & subject line- 3) Then via cron, send out 1 email at a time in 90 second increments 4) A pause feature in case we need to delay the sending 5) After send is complete, we have to delete the list, the message & subject line. One email sent every 90 seconds until the list is completely sent.
