Good programming and Graphic skills are a MUST! I am very particular. This site is must appeal to women/girls!!! This is my target cliental therefore the site must not be cold & business like but rather hip/girlish style. You must keep that in mind! If you are unable to make it to suit my needs do not bid! Site must be very appealing, with very good graphic skills!!!! NO PRE MADE TEMPLATES to be used! No chop jobs either! My requests and terms. You MUST look through the site thoroughly before bidding! Whomever I choose needs to make an account at Heaven Templates. It will be at my cost. I will send you the payment. What do I want done? I want to clone of http://www.heaventemplates.co.uk I require ALL sections included in the http://www.heaventemplates.co.uk site EVERYTHING!!!!! You are also to add to the site that of which Heaven Templates currently does not have. 1) A photo editor - so that they may crop and alter their pictures. 2) A banner advertising exchange section on the front page. 3) There is a generator that Heaven Templates has for ABOUT ME pages that generator would be used for an auction site like Ebay. Well, I'd like a generator for EBAY STORES as well. Required are Coding, generators, admin, graphics, full web site, and so on and ETC. ETC.! With only one exception that you do not need to make me ALL those auction templates. I would only ask that you make 1 dozen original auction templates, graphic's again must be original and appeal to women/girls! If I really like the way these turn out I will be back for many many more to stock my store! No monies will be given outside of Get A Freelancer. Payment to be placed in escrow. There will be no exceptions to this rule due to the fact of a very bad experience with an unscrupulous provider!! I will not be burnt again! If you have a problem with this DO NOT BID! DO NOT BID and then ask me for money! Do not waste my time! I am truly very sorry for the good provider's out there but those of you that are honest would understand this! I put this policy in effect to protect me (that I get what I pay for) as well as you (that you get paid for the project that you have made for me)! Be realistic with your time frame when you bid. I do not want any excuses. Only bid on this project if you can do it within the agreed upon time frame and within my budget. No hidden costs! Only professional designers with an extended portfolio should place a bid. If this works out I will be needing other projects made.
