Looking for someone who can use a pre-made "social network" package like
http://pinaxproject.com (or one that you are familiar with) to build a social
network from our specs:

HIGH LEVEL SPECS:
All CSS, graphics and website content will be provided

User log in (7 user types)
Create profiles (with galleries)
Admin manages profiles (allows or blocks)
Search for other users (per user type, geography, image gallery tags)
Post projects (and invite users to bid...simple first)
Post projects onto geographic centric pages (auto queries)
Create bids into projects of others

MORE DETAILED SPECS WILL BE PROVIDED

To be hosted on Google Apps Engine, thus preference is for Python or Pinax

FUTURE CONTRACTS WILL INCLUDE
Shopping cart, e-commerce and billing

FUTURE EXTENSIONS FOR "PROJECTS" INSIDE THE SN WILL INCLUDE
Scheduling for projects
Evaluating of other members
Skill assessment tools for members

ALSO LOOKING TO AWARD A MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADE CONTRACT TO THE SAME PROGRAMMER
