Clients Objective: - To have a special area (sort of intraned) within the website where both TRS employees and TRS clients can log-in and share a communication and a file exchange space pertaining to a particular project. - Document Management: To be able to upload and download files specific to their project What type of files: - ZIP - JPG - WORD - EXCEL - Message board / center where both the TRS members and individuals particular to a certain project can communicate back and forth, friendly, like a blog or the like. - Security and Access Rights: Password protection, disclaimer to agree upon before participating within the message boards or the sharing of documents. - Multiple projects are to be running at the same time, anywhere from 5 to 14, each of them is to have their own area where they can interact and exchange files pertaining to that particular project. - Multiple users TRS consists of = 11 employees EACH Individual project = external people up to 4 per project SPAN OF A PROJECT = 1 to 11 years Added notes: - There will be a general log-in page for every one project name, user name. password - All projects will have their own specific area (meaning their own home, board and file upload system) - TRS will be able to create accounts for their staff and external users - TRS can both upload and delete files - Clients can upload files, not delete (will have to verify with TRS if indeed they cannot delete) - TRS members will have access to all projects - Clients will only have access to their specific named project - There will a privacy policy disclaimer that every user has to agree upon before participating in any project PLEASE CHECK ATTACHED PDF.
