Paying too much for web hosting?

This is manipulating cDynamic Meta Tags module on OS Commerce.
If I've detailed this correct, those who understand Oscommerce will understand
my request. If not, please contact me.
1.
Currently, I am pulling the manufacturer ID + appending "-biography"
to pull
up biographies for each artist. I would instead like to pull the
manufacturer (or artist) name + '-biography". See example here -
http://arthousereproductions.com/portraitofsirjohneverettmillais60cmx74cm2362x2913-p-7268.html
On page above, it's linking to 320_artist_biography.php under biography
link.
I would instead like it to pull the the artist name - i.e.
george-frederick-watts-biography.php
2. On left hand side, there is a link saying - More art from (artist)...in this
case - George
Frederick Watts. The anchor tag links to georgefrederickwatts-m-320.html
I would like to have this instead link to george-frederick-watts.html
The difference is adding the "-" between first, middle, and last name,
and
removing the -m-320.html at the end of the URL string.
