Description:	Content DB Creator - admin - add web site and FTP info where you want content to appear - assign categories to display on the new web site added - add users who can add articles to premade categories - delete users - approve and delete articles submitted by users - edit what sites and what categories the content will be displayed User - add articles/news - add meta tag info, page title, keywords - checkboxes of what web sites this will be displayed on - select category in which to display the article/news (all categories are the same on each site that will use this) daily action - update all sites via FTP and upload new templated html pages - that will use local header.php and footer.php to be customized or use Mysql and a crontab function to recreate html pages with specified content and all pages. each web sites has its files created and uploaded via ftp or via mysql on each site as html files no dynamic stuff here each site will have a header.php and footer.php that will allow us to match the look and feel of each website so the content fits. the goal is to have one place to add and approve content, and then us the same content on multiple web site's news section. where some websites have all the content while other limit the content categories displayed - no dynamic pages - this must be SEO friendly so pages must be made as html and upload via ftp or recreated via mysql and local crontab function.
