I require 30 PR5+ one way links. This is for a real estate website Links must be from a Real Estate related website. I will provide 3 different versions of anchor text. Requirement: #1 I require at least 30 PR5+ one way (non reciprocal) permanent links linking to a site. #2 Full details of each site submission are required. #3 All links Must be approved prior to placing link on the page - provide text document entailing the URL, page rank, IP Address of each link - I have the right to refuse links that we do not feel are relevant for any reason #4 Part payment via GAF (escrow) after verification of listings and documentation provided. Remaining payment to be made after Google has indexed the pages containing the links. #5 Winner will be considered for ongoing SEO support Specifications: • Links must be from topically relevant websites (Real Estate, Residential, Investment Properties) • All links to be permanent (min 12 months) and one way (non reciprocal). • Links must be listed/indexed on a minimum PR5+ PAGE. • Link must not reside on a page with more than 25 outbound links • Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 60 days) • Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code. • Links must be from closely related websites • Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. • Links should not be on Flash sites or pages. • Links should not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites. • Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by robots.txt tag. • Links should not be from framed pages • Al links should be free and not paid • All links on English sites only • All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block). • No software to be used for listings, manual submissions only. • Websites that already have a published link back to my website will not be counted • Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction). • Links must be in text, no graphics. • No Blogs, Directories or articles • Links should not be posted and or participate in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc..
