I need a Yotoshi.com clone. Yotoshi.com is a Bit Torrent search engine. Its
spider crawls the web looking for .torrent files and their host sites and stores
them in a database, when you go to the homepage, you search for a file and
results come up with a a direct link to the .torrent file and to the host site.
I'd like to clone the back end, however, I'd like a different feel for the front
end.
Requirements
Front End:
I'd like the homepage and search results to resemble Googles'. A huge logo and a
search bar, thats about it.
In the search results I want a smaller logo at the top, a small search bar and
10 results per page. I'd like each individual result to contain the file name,
location, and maybe some stats on the file (seeders/leechers).
In the right hand column I'd like a setup similar to Google Adwords, however,
I'd like to be able to add whatever links I want.
Back End:
I'd like it to run similar to Yotoshi.
I want a spider always crawling the web for .torrent files. I want them stored
in a database (links to the .torrent, not the actual file) and validated
constantly to make sure they're not broken links (and deleted the dead ones).
I'd like to have an "add our search to your site" feature and newscasting via
XML/RSS.
I want an easy to use admin panel where I can edit, the overall look, headers,
footers and side skyscrapers.
I also need script installation.
I may add stuff later but thats all I can think of right now.
