I have designed a directory of fashion and glamour models. The site has been created on Dreamweaver. Parts of the site will be updated regularly so I have created it on Dreamweaver templates. I need someone to enable the following BUT it must work within my template. 1) I have created an application form here: http://www.modelpages.co.uk/main/applicationform.htm When the user submits the form two things will happen: 1) I will receive the completed form as an email to my email address. 2) Some of the results will be added to a database automatically. The fields that will be added to the database are: First Name Last Name City Region Date Of Birth (only month and year) Hair Colour Hair Length Eye Colour Skin Colour Height Measurements Dress Size Tattoos/Piercing/Scars Travel Work With Looking For Work Types Personal Statement Email address Website address 2) I want to log into a basic admin area where I can view user profiles that have been submitted via the application form. If I want to keep the profile I will select 'approve' - that user's details will then be added to the database. If I want to reject it I will select 'reject' - that user's details will then be permanently deleted. In the admin area I will add the following additional fields to the database/user profile: Date of profile upload Thumbnail image (in jpg format) Model Pages profile URL (which will be the hyperlink attached to the above thumbnail image) I should be able to edit details in the database whenever I need to through this admin area. Also the admin area should contain a facility that allows me to save the entire database to my computer for back-up purposes (saving it as a text file will be fine). There should be a facility to easily restore the database, by uploading the text file, should a crash happen on the server. PLEASE NOTE: I have found the following FREE script that can do much of the above. It might be easier for you to simply customised and add to this script instead of working from scratch: http://www.interlogy.com/products/pm/pmb.html 3) Visitors to the website should be able to search the database of model profiles by location or keyword. The search boxes MUST look exactly like this: http://www.modelpages.co.uk/main/searchboxes.htm As you can see they are worked into the HTML of my Dreamweaver template (and must remain there). 4) The search results will be displayed like this: http://www.modelpages.co.uk/main/searchresultsformat.htm BUT they should be added to my template as an include file (so that I can simply add the relevant code to my HTML file where I want them to appear). Here are the results EXACTLY as they should look within the template: http://www.modelpages.co.uk/main/searchresults.htm 16 profiles will be displayed on each page. The links 'next 16 models' and 'previous 16 models' will appear automatically on each page. (Note that for demonstration purposes I have inserted random thumbnail images. When the search function is enabled the thumbnail images will in fact be the images I added to the database, and the image link will be the web URL I added to the database.) 5) I have created a page on which I want to display all profiles in chronological order - so the most recent profile will appear first. http://www.modelpages.co.uk/main/directory.htm As more profiles are added the page will automatically update itself with the newest profile first. Again I would like this as an include file that I can simply paste into my Dreamweaver template. 6) Finally, I would like PHPBB's free Forum installing. I need our header and footer inserting into it. Once installed I'll need a few buttons/ links deleting from the menu. It is important that the programmer has good communication skills and is available by email throughout the day and evening. I am based in the UK. I know EXACTLY what I want in terms of functionality and design and will not accept anything less than perfect. Thank you for your bids.
