Description:	I'm too busy to do this myself so I need Web Designer to HTML Code two simple web sites. There's no need to design web templates: use existing templates. One site is basically 5 pages (three pages already html coded). Will need opt-in name capture ("Sliding Ad"). Other site will ibe approx 6 pages, could be more (2 already done), using existing template. Site will have power point templates or backgrounds (approx 40). Image of each template to be inserted in web pages. When visitor clicks on image it enlarges. Visitor clicks on link to download template BUT Visitor name an email address MUST captured BEFORE he can download power a point template.
