So what needs to be done: From admin area- Making the three fields go into the sql database, You should be able to create a Category separate from the link and text, as in you create a category then when doing the Text and link you select the appropriate category from a drop down menu of the listed categories you already created. Main area: pulling the information and displaying it first in categories, then when the category is clicked it goes into that category and shows the links that are there.
