Description:	I need someone to skin the modernbill software for hosting branding. I am not sure really what to do as you can use themes and/or skin the files directly. From what i have seen there are about 15 to 20 modernbill files as well as 1 support desk file that must be taken care of. There may or not be another folder (an html folder but has php scripts in it) that has an additional ~10 files that would need skinning as well. This project is for skinning all of the files as well as testing to make sure they work. I need this project completed in a 24 hour period first low bid will be awarded the project.
