A customer must spend $100 or more to receive this so I need a calculation to subtract the amount placed in the cart from $100 and displayed in the phrase. 3) I need a payment option created for USPS Money Order that can be added for payment methods. 4) In the checkout are where you see your totals before clicking "Finished" ...
